About Fresh French Fries
Serving you over 45 years of pure "Freshness!" Fresh French Fries, a Minnesota State Fair staple, has been voted "Best French Fries in America" by Gourmet Magazine.
Fresh French Fries History Timeline
Fresh French Fries was founded in 1973 and has been serving fresh cut French Fries at The Minnesota State Fair ever since. Over the years our operation has grown from small street side portable booths with very little equipment, to the much larger permanent buildings, containing state of the art equipment that we use today.
As our buildings grew so did our extended FFF family. Today we now have employees whose parents once worked for us. We have seen many changes over the years; new booths, new generation of our FFF family members, and many new things at the fair, to name a few, however one thing that has never changed and will never change is the way we cook our fries! We have been serving pure "Freshness" for over 40 years and many more to come. It is our promise to continue serving you the Best French Fries in America, Enjoy!
OUR "FRESH" OPERATION
At Fresh French Fries our first name is Fresh, and that is our top priority! We only use homegrown, Minnesota potatoes from Big Lake, Minnesota, picked just days before they are cooked.
Q: Are Fresh French Fries gluten free?
A: Yes! After the spuds are washed, peeled, and cut they are cooked in GLUTEN FREE/trans-fat free vegetable oil then topped with a light dusting of salt. Ketchup and vinegar are available for dipping your delicious fries!
Q: Are Fresh French Fries Kosher?
A: Yes! In 2017, Fresh French Fries was the second food stand at the Minnesota State Fair to become Kosher Certified by MSP Kosher. Both locations are certified Kosher Pareve during the state fair. For more info and to view our certification click here to visit MSP Kosher site.

100% of our excess; oil, cardboard, and food is recycled and/or resued.
Fresh French Fries is commited to giving back to the community. Every year FFF donates to local charities and organizations.
